UArena is a scheduling tool only. Every session, class, or court time arranged through the app is a private agreement solely between the user and the independent trainer or venue. UArena does not employ, vet, certify, supervise, or manage any trainer or venue, is not a party to any booking, is never present at any session, and — to the maximum extent permitted by law — accepts no responsibility or liability of any kind, economic or otherwise, for anything that occurs at, around, or as a result of any meeting arranged through the app. Physical activity involves inherent risk that you assume.
